Building leadership, communication and problem-solving skills

This online workshop will be interactive, and it will be focused on offering mentoring support to young people working on their projects. First, we will focus on skill-building in three key areas – leadership, communication and problem-solving in the context of youth initiatives. The last section of the workshop will be open for young participants, with the purpose of providing mentoring guidance, answering their questions and addressing any dilemmas they might have.

Podcast Creation for Project Dissemination
11.4.2025, 15.00 CET

In today’s fast-paced digital world, podcasts have proven to be powerful tools for storytelling, knowledge sharing, and project outreach. This 45-minute interactive webinar is designed to introduce participants to the basics of podcasting, focusing on how Erasmus and other projects can use this medium to reach a wider audience.

The session will start with a short 10-15-minute theoretical presentation. This presentation will cover key aspects of podcast production, including basic techniques, optimal recording conditions, and recommended tools. Following the presentation, participants will take part in a practical exercise where they will create a short 3-5 minute podcast based on an imaginary project they are leading. They will use NotebookLM to organize their content and record dialogues using a mobile device or screen capture.

The webinar will conclude with a presentation of recorded podcasts, followed by a discussion where participants can share their experiences and discuss the potential of podcasting for their professional endeavours. By the end of the session, participants will have gained practical skills, insight into podcasting, and ideas for integrating this approach into their project dissemination strategies.
